When to use this option?

Use the Receipt list when you need to find an invoice, check account information, open a related appointment, send an invoice by e-mail, print an invoice, download a PDF, initiate a chargeback, or record a transaction invoice payment.

Operation steps

Account overview

  1. In the side menu, open Receipts.
  2. Select Cash register > Receipt sheet.
  3. View the list of accounts.
  4. If necessary, enter a term in the search field.
  5. Click on the line of the account you want to open.

View account details

  1. Click an account in the list.
  2. In the Receipt detail window, check the invoice number, date, status and items.
  3. Check the client, operator, payment method, tip, JIR and ZKI.
  4. If the account is linked to the appointment, click Edit appointment.
  5. To open the PDF, click Download at the bottom of the window.
  6. Use the other actions at the bottom of the window as needed: Print, Refund, E-mail or Close.

Important: The overview of issued invoices serves to check invoices that have already been issued. A new account is not created from this review.

The table shows:

  • Receipt number
  • Creation date
  • Amount
  • Payment method
  • Client
  • Journal No
  • Type
  • Status
  • Paid

The payment method displays one of the values in the application: Cash, Card, Transaction receipt or Other.

Account status is Issued or Cancelled. The Type column shows whether it is a regular account or a Cancelled account.

The Paid column shows a mark when the invoice has a recorded payment date. This is especially important for transaction accounts.

Important: A transaction account without a recorded payment date is displayed as unpaid until it is marked according to the article Marking a transaction account as paid (computer).

Warnings in the list

If the account needs to be fiscalized, but there is no JIR, the warning Account is not fiscalized! is displayed.

If the account has a tip that has not been fiscalized, the warning Tip not fiscalized! is displayed.

When the account is not fiscalized and is not an e-Invoice, Fiscalize is displayed in the account details to retry fiscalization.

What can be seen in the account details

Clicking on the account opens Receipt detail. The details show:

  • account number
  • date and time of issue
  • account status
  • client and e-mail address, if a client is selected
  • invoice items, quantity and amount
  • payment method
  • operator
  • tip, if recorded
  • JIR and ZKI, when they exist
  • account information for the company, when the account was issued to the company

If the account is linked to the appointment, Edit appointment is displayed. Clicking on that button opens the appointment for which the invoice was issued.

JIR is a unique account identifier obtained by fiscalization.

ZKI is the security code of the invoice issuer.

Actions in account details

Actions are located at the bottom of the Receipt detail window. Print, Refund, Download and E-mail are displayed on the left, and Close is on the right.

  • Print to print the invoice
  • Refund to open the original account reversal screen
  • Download to open and view the invoice PDF
  • E-mail to send the invoice to the e-mail address
  • Close to close details

For the e-Invoice, the standard buttons Print and E-mail are not shown, because the e-Invoice is sent through a special procedure.

Important: With e-Invoices, the sending is monitored through the e-Invoice process, therefore the standard buttons Print and E-mail are not used as a substitute for sending e-Invoices.

The Refund button is not displayed on the original account that already has the status Cancelled nor on the canceled account.

The Mark as paid button is displayed in the details of a transaction account that does not yet have a payment date.
