When to use this option?

Use this screen when you need to add an employee, change their details, give them access to the business app, decide whether they appear in the calendar or allow them to receive online bookings.

Add an employee

Open the Main menu.
Under Business, tap Settings, then under Employees and resources, tap Employees.
Select Add new to create a new employee, or Add existing when the employee is already registered at another location in the same organization.
Enter the required details: Name, Surname, Gender and Role. Complete any other fields that you need.
Enable Show in calendar when the employee should appear in the internal calendar.
Under online booking, select whether the employee is Allowed or Not allowed to receive online bookings.
Select Save.

Add an employee

Open Settings > Employees and resources > Employees.

Work steps

You can copy the link to the location's public page in two ways:

by copying the link from the application
by copying the public profile link

1. Copying a link from an application

Open the Main menu in the application.
Select Copy profile link.

| The link is copied to the clipboard and you can paste it anywhere you want.

2. Copy link from browser

Open Zoyya.com in your browser.
Find your location and open its public page.
Copy the address from the browser's address bar.

How to edit an employee or resource schedule (mobile)

In this article, you will learn how to set up and edit the schedule of an employee or resource, such as a room, hall or device, in the Zoyya partner web application on mobile. This schedule determines when the employee or resource is available for booking. You will learn how to open shifts, set recurrence and view the schedule in the calendar.

When to use this option?

Use this option when:

you open a schedule for a new employee or resource
you change an employee's working hours or a resource's availability
you plan shifts for a certain period
you want to set a different schedule for even and odd weeks
you need to mark non-working days for an employee or resource

| Location opening hours are shown on the public Zoyya profile. Online appointment availability is determined by the employee schedule and, when a service requires a resource, by that resource's schedule.

You can select several employees or resources at the same time. Selecting All disables individual multi-selection.

To edit an employee or resource schedule on mobile, do the following:

Registering business premises for online payments

Accepted Answer

Online payments in Zoyya require business premises registered for receipts created over the internet. This applies to online prepayments and online sales of gift cards, service packages, and memberships, whether online payments are configured on desktop or mobile.

For receipts issued at the physical location, use Registering business premises for a cash register.

Register or verify the premises for online payments

Before registering or changing the premises, confirm with your accountant whether you should use an existing registration, update it, or register new premises for online payments.
For online receipts fiscalized through Zoyya, enter the fiscalization service provider details:

Register or update the premises using the official Croatian Tax Administration instructions.

Setting up online payments

Accepted Answer

Online payments in Zoyya are used for online payments, including advance payments for appointments and online sales of gift cards, packages and memberships.

The setup starts by selecting a payment provider, completing its connection and preparing the data required for online invoicing.

Online payment providers

Zoyya supports:

Stripe
Viva Wallet
Monri
Teya
Nexi XPay.

Stripe provides the highest level of automation through Zoyya. Viva Wallet has a separate preparation guide, while connecting Monri, Teya or Nexi XPay is completed with Zoyya Support.

Setup steps

Select the online payment provider the location will use.
If you selected Stripe, complete Stripe - registration, verification and login.
If you selected Viva Wallet, prepare the required information using Viva Wallet - connecting to Zoyya. Zoyya Support completes the connection.
For Monri, Teya or Nexi XPay, contact Zoyya Support for the connection steps.
