Obtaining a certificate for fiscalization

A fiscalization certificate is required when Zoyya issues and fiscalizes receipts. It is issued by Fina; once issued, you download a .p12 file and keep the password created during download. You can prepare and configure the certificate whether you use the partner Zoyya web application on desktop or mobile.

If you already have a certificate

Prepare:

  • the active .p12 fiscalization certificate file
  • the password for that .p12 file
  • the organization tax ID that matches the certificate tax ID

Tip: Save the password as soon as you download the certificate. The .p12 file cannot be unlocked in Zoyya without it.

If you do not yet have a certificate

  1. Open the official Fina fiscalization certificate page.
  2. Choose whether to submit the documents digitally through OSPD or in person at a Fina office.
  3. Prepare the application, agreement, proof of payment, and any documents required for your case.
  4. After processing, download the activation details and .p12 certificate.
  5. Create and save the certificate password.

For a first certificate, Fina may require additional documents to register the business entity in its PKI system. Follow Fina's current official instructions.

Configuring the certificate in Zoyya

The certificate is uploaded to a payment device:

  • Desktop: Receipts > Cash register > Cash register settings > Payment devices > select the payment device
  • Mobile: Cash register > Cash register settings > Payment devices > select the payment device

If you are creating a new device, follow:

If you are replacing the certificate on an existing device, follow Changing the payment device and its effect on invoice numbers (desktop) or open the same payment-device details on mobile.

Have the .p12 file and its password ready when contacting Zoyya support for help.

If the certificate cannot be loaded

  • Incorrect certificate password means the entered password cannot unlock the selected .p12 file.
  • Certificate verification failed means the selected file or password did not pass certificate validation.
  • If the certificate has expired, is not a production certificate, or its tax ID does not match the organization tax ID, prepare the correct certificate before retrying fiscalization.

Important: A certificate and business-premises registration are separate requirements. Both are needed for fiscalization through Zoyya; register the premises using Registering business premises for a cash register.
