Cash register overview (desktop)
Viewing the cash register in the partner Zoyya web application on the computer is used to view all cash registers in the location. It is used to check the cash register number, date, opening and closing time, amount and status of the cash register.

When to use this option?
Use Journal sheet when you want to:
- find an old cash register
- check whether the cash register is active or closed
- review the total traffic per cash register
- open cash register details
- print or download cash register balance
Operation steps
Overview of the list of cash registers
- In the side menu, open Receipts.
- Select Cash register > Journal list.
- View the cash register table.
- If necessary, enter a term in the search field.
- Click on the cash register line to open the details.
Cash register details overview
- In the list of cash registers, click the desired cash register.
- Check the date, time and status in the Cash register details window.
- View Receipt records.
- View Traffic record by operator.
- View Traffic record by payment method.
- If you need a document, open Print/Download and select the desired action.
The table shows:
- Journal No
- Dated
- Opening hours
- Amount
- Status
- Closing time
The status is Active or Closed.
Clicking on the cash register opens Cash register details. The account records, the number of issued invoices, the number of canceled invoices, traffic by operator and traffic by payment method are displayed in the details.
Search
In the overview, a search by cash register number and related cash register tags is available.
Display restriction by authority
Users without full privileges see a limited amount of data. If the expected cash register is not visible, check the user's credentials.
