How to create and edit a service package template (mobile)

In this article, you will learn how to create and edit a service package template through the Zoyya partner web app on mobile.

The template stores the included services and quantities, validity, price, terms, and design. Use it to issue the same offer more quickly at the location or to make it available for online sales.

When should you use this option?

Create a template when you want to:

reuse the same service package settings
define services, quantities, price, and validity in advance
offer several service uses as one package
enable clients to purchase the offer online

Create a template

Open a new template

Open the Main menu.
Under Sales and loyalty, expand Gift cards and packages, then tap Templates.
Tap +.
Select Service package to open Basic information.

Basic information

Enter the template Name.
Set Validity by entering a number and selecting days, weeks, months, or years.
Tap Next step.

Package contents

Tap Add service.
Select a service and set how many times the client can use it.
Repeat for each additional service.
Check the automatically calculated Value, which is based on the regular prices and quantities of all included services.
Set the Price the client pays and add a Discount if needed.
Check the displayed VAT rate used on the receipt.
Tap Next step.

Description, terms, and design

Enter the Description shown on Zoyya web pages.
Use Generate with AI if desired, then review and edit the suggested text.
Review the Terms of use and tap Next step.
Tap Choose existing design or Upload to add your own image.
Adjust the available text elements, their position, size, font, and color, then tap Next step.

Recommendation: For the best result, use a 1.6:1 image at 650 x 410 px. Keep important elements away from the edges because service package information is displayed over the design.

Online sales and saving

Turn on Online sales if clients should be able to purchase this service package online.
If the option is unavailable, review what is required for online sales of gift cards and service packages.
Tap Next step.
Review the details and tap Create template.

The template appears in the template list. A template is optional because a service package can also be created without one.

Edit a service package template

Open Main menu > Sales and loyalty > Gift cards and packages > Templates.
Select the template you want to edit.
Change the available basic details, validity, included services and quantities, price, description, terms of use, design, or online sales setting.
Tap Save.

Template changes apply to future issuing and future online sales. Service packages that were already issued retain the details and contents with which they were created.

If you only want to remove the template from online sales temporarily, turn off Online sales instead of deleting it.

Frequently asked questions

Does editing a template change previously issued items?

No. Previously issued service packages keep the details with which they were created.

How is package value calculated?

Zoyya calculates it from the regular prices and quantities of the services included in the package.
