How to create a service package (mobile)
In this article, you will learn how to create a service package from a template or without a template in the Zoyya partner web app on a mobile phone.
A package contains predefined services and the number of times each service can be used. You can select a client while creating the package or leave it without an owner and associate it with a client later.

Opening a new package
- Open the Main menu.
- Under Sales and loyalty, expand Gift cards and packages, then tap Sales.
- Tap +.
- Select From template or Without template.
- Tap Continue.
Creating from a template
- Select the service package template.
- Tap Next step. Client selection opens.
- Select a client if needed.
- If you selected a client and want to send the package information, enable Send email to client.
- Tap Next step.
- Review the information.
- Tap Create gift card. This final button creates the selected service package.
The package information is copied from the template. To change it, edit the template before issue by following How to create a service package template (mobile).
Creating without a template
- Select Service package to open Basic information.
- Enter the Name, set the Validity, then tap Next step.
- In Package contents, add the services and set the number of uses for each service.
- Review the automatically calculated Value, set the Price and add a Discount if needed.
- Tap Next step.
- Edit the Description and Terms of use, then tap Next step.
- Select a design or upload your own image, adjust the displayed text and tap Next step.
- Select a client if needed and enable Send email to client.
- Tap Next step.
- Review the information and tap Create gift card. This final button creates the service package.
The new package receives a unique Zoyya code and appears in Gift card and service package sales.
Frequently asked questions
When is a template useful?
A template speeds up issue when you often use the same contents, price, validity, terms or package design.
Does editing a template change packages that were already created?
No. An issued package keeps the information it had when it was created.
How do I change the validity date of an existing package?
- Open the relevant service package.
- Change its status from Active to In preparation.
- Change the validity date.
- Set the status back to Active and select Save.
