How to add an appointment (mobile)
In this article, you will learn how to add an appointment from the calendar via the partner Zoyya web application on your mobile phone. After saving, the appointment is displayed in the calendar and linked to the selected employee or resource.

When to use this option?
- The client makes an appointment at the location.
- You manually enter an appointment via mobile phone.
- You want to add an appointment from the calendar while you are away from your computer.
- You want to add a client, service, note or message to the client on the appointment.
Before you start
- To save an appointment, you need to select an employee or a resource.
- You add a client to an appointment when the appointment should be associated with the client.
- You add the service to the appointment when the appointment should contain the service.
- If you are sending an SMS notification, the location should have an available SMS balance.
Work steps
- Open "Calendar".
- Select an appointment date.
- Tap an empty spot on the calendar or tap the "+" button on the calendar.
- Check the start time and duration.
- Select an employee or resource.
- In the client field, select an existing client or add a new client.
- In the "Services" section, add the service to the appointment.
- If necessary, type "Comment". Note is visible only to employees.
- If you are informing the client, mark sending an email or SMS.
- If you are sending an email, type "A message to the client" if necessary.
- Click "Save".
