How to view a client's loyalty program (mobile)

In this article, you will learn how to view issued programs connected to a client from their profile on mobile. The Loyalty program area includes gift cards, service packages, membership and loyalty cards, and other issued programs that are active or expired.

Steps

1. On the bottom bar, open Clients and select the client.
2. Tap Program vjernosti (Loyalty program).
3. Find the program and select Vidi detalje (View details).
4. Review the information for that program type, such as its status and validity, remaining value, included services, or collected points and reward availability.
