How to change a forgotten password

In this article, you will learn how to set a new password if you have forgotten the existing one.
The new password is set via a link that you will receive on your e-mail address.

When to use this option?

Use this option when:

you forgot your password
you can't login to Zoyya
want to access your account again

Operation steps

Open the Zoyya login screen.
Click I don't remember my password.

Or open the link: https://zoyya.com/hr/passwordReset/usernameTypeSelect

Enter your email address.
Click Send.
Open the message you received by e-mail.
Click the link to change your password.
Enter a new password.
Click Set a new password and log in.

After that, Zoyya will automatically log you into the app.

Important: If the message has not arrived within a few minutes, please check the Spam or Promotions folder.

Check:

have you entered the correct e-mail address?
folder Spam
Promotions folder (if you use Gmail)

If the message still hasn't arrived, contact Zoyya Support.

Can I change my password if I'm not logged in?

Yes. Changing the password does not require logging into the application.

Will I be logged in automatically after changing my password?

Yes. After you set a new password and click Set a new password and log in, Zoyya will log you in automatically.
