How to log in to Zoyya

In this article, you will learn how to log in to the partner Zoyya web application on a computer or mobile phone.
To log in, you need the e-mail and password you received when opening a user account.

When to use this option?

Use this option when:

you are accessing Zoyya for the first time
you log into the application again
you are logged out of the application
use a new computer or mobile phone

Work steps

Open the page https://partner.zoyya.com or launch the installed Zoyya app.
Enter your e-mail address.
Enter password.
Click Login.

If the information is correct, your Zoyya account will be opened.

Important: To log in, use the e-mail address associated with your user account.

After the first login, you can link your Zoyya user account with a Google or Facebook account.

In the future, you can thus log in with one click via your Google or Facebook account, without entering a password.

To connect on a mobile phone, open:
Main menu → Account and support → My account → Profile → More options → Security
and connect the desired account.

To connect on your computer, open:
My settings (your profile icon in the lower left corner of the screen) → My Account → Security
and connect the desired account.

Important: After connecting, you can still log in with your e-mail address and password. Signing in with a Google or Facebook account is just an additional option that simplifies access to the application.
