How to view a client's loyalty program (desktop)
In this article, you will learn how to view issued programs connected to a client from their profile on desktop. The Loyalty program area includes gift cards, service packages, membership and loyalty cards, and other issued programs that are active or expired.

Steps
- Open Clients and select the client.
- Open the Loyalty program tab.
- Find the program and select Vidi detalje (View details).
- Review the information for that program type, such as its status and validity, remaining value, included services, or collected points and reward availability.
