How to log in to Zoyya

In this article, you will learn how to log in to the partner Zoyya web application on a computer or mobile phone.
To log in, you need the e-mail and password you received when opening a user account.


When to use this option?


Use this option when:


  • you are accessing Zoyya for the first time
  • you log into the application again
  • you are logged out of the application
  • use a new computer or mobile phone


Work steps


  1. Open the page https://partner.zoyya.com or launch the installed Zoyya app.
  2. Enter your e-mail address.
  3. Enter password.
  4. Click Login.


If the information is correct, your Zoyya account will be opened.


Important: To log in, use the e-mail address associated with your user account.


After the first login

Login via Google or Facebook account


After the first login, you can link your Zoyya user account with a Google or Facebook account.


In the future, you can thus log in with one click via your Google or Facebook account, without entering a password.


To connect on a mobile phone, open:
Main menuAccount and supportMy accountProfileMore optionsSecurity
and connect the desired account.


To connect on your computer, open:
My settings (your profile icon in the lower left corner of the screen)My AccountSecurity
and connect the desired account.


Important: After connecting, you can still log in with your e-mail address and password. Signing in with a Google or Facebook account is just an additional option that simplifies access to the application.


Frequently asked questions


I can't log in. What should I check?

Check:

  • have you entered the correct e-mail address?
  • have you entered the password correctly?
  • is the Caps Lock key turned on

Can I use the same account on multiple devices?

Yes, you can log in with the same user account on both a computer and a mobile phone.
