Setting up the membership program (mobile)

This article explains how to set up a membership program in the affiliate Zoyya web app on mobile.

The membership program is a template from which membership cards are issued to clients. It sets the name of the program, card validity, description, terms of use and discount applied to selected services.

Description of functionality

The membership program determines the rules for membership cards. When a client is assigned a membership card from that program, the client receives a discount on the services included in the program.

The membership card does not accumulate points. It serves for a fixed discount or benefit.

When to use

You use this functionality when:

• you want to set up a discount membership program
• you want to limit the discount to certain services
• you want to define how long the membership card is valid
• you want to prepare the rule text that the client sees with the card

Before you start

Prepare:

1. membership program name,
2. card duration,
3. discount percentage,
4. services to which the discount applies,
5. program description,
6. terms of use for the client.

The loyalty program must be activated for the location. Activation is done by Zoyya support.

Steps

1. Open Membership Programs

1. Open the Main menu.
2. In the Sales and loyalty section, open Memberships.
3. Open Membership programs.
4. Touch the bottom middle button with three dashes.
5. Select New Membership Program.

2. Enter basic information

1. Make sure Template type is set to Member card.
2. In the Name field, enter the name of the program, for example VIP 5%.
3. In the Validity field, specify how long the card issued from that program is valid.
4. In the Description field, write a short description of the benefit.
5. In the Terms of use field, enter the card usage rules.
6. If you want to add an image of the program, tap Add an image.

The description, terms of use and image are displayed to the client with the membership card in the Zoyya client application.

3. Set a discount

1. In the Approved services section, add the services or types of services to which the discount applies.
2. Enter the discount percentage in the Discount field.
3. Save added services.
4. Touch Save on the membership program.

The discount applies only to services that are included in the membership program.

Where is the discount percentage set?

The discount percentage is set in the membership program, in the Approved services section, in the Discount field.

Is the membership card valid for all services?

The membership card is valid for services that are included in the membership program. If the program includes all services, the discount is valid for all services.

Does the client see the terms of use?

Yes. The client can see the description and terms of use with the membership card in the Zoyya client application.
