How to send an invitation to a client (mobile)

In this article, you will learn how to send an invitation to a client for online ordering via the partner Zoyya web application on mobile. You can send the invitation when adding a new client or subsequently to an existing client.

When to use this option?


Use this option when:


  • you are adding a new client
  • you want to enable online ordering for existing clients
  • the client is not yet connected to your location in Zoyya


Work steps


Sending an invitation to a new client


To send an invitation to a new client, do the following:


  1. Open Clients
  2. Touch the three dots at the bottom of the screen:



  3. Select New client

  1. Enter all the necessary information.
  2. After you have entered the e-mail address, turn on the Send an invitation via e-mail option.



  3. Tap Save.


Sending an invitation to an existing client


  1. Open the desired client profile.
  2. Tap Edit.



  3. Below the entered e-mail, there is a button "Send an invitation via e-mail".




The invitation is immediately sent to the entered e-mail.


Important: The client must have entered a valid e-mail address in order to receive the invitation. After accepting the invitation and completing the registration, he is connected to your location and can use online ordering and receive notifications about appointments (if so set).

Can I send an invitation to an existing client?

Yes. Open the client's profile and select Send an invitation via e-mail.


What is required for the client to receive the invitation?

The client must have a valid e-mail address entered in his profile.


What happens after accepting the invitation?

The client completes the registration, connects to your location and can use online ordering and receive notifications and reminders.
