How to view client appointments (desktop)

In this article, you will learn how to view the appointments of an individual client via the partner Zoyya web application on a computer. From the appointment overview, you can open appointment details, filter the view and make available actions for the selected appointment.

When to use this option?


  • You want to check future, completed, canceled appointments or no-shows of an individual client.
  • You want to open the appointment details before editing, copying, locking, canceling or issuing an invoice.
  • You want to check the client's appointments before adding a new appointment or assigning an appointment from the waiting list.


Work steps


  1. Open Clients.
  2. Click on the client name from the list.
  3. Open the Appointments tab.
  4. At the top, select Future, Past, Canceled or Missed filter.
  5. View the data in the appointment list: Date, Duration, Service, Employee, Comment, Status and Type.
  6. Click on the appointment line for a detailed view.
  7. If necessary, change the time and duration, add a service, write a note, copy, close or cancel the appointment.
  8. If you need an account, click Issue invoice.


Quick transition to the calendar


  1. In the appointment list, click the calendar icon at the end of the line.
  2. The calendar appointment view screen will open.


Important


The appointment overview shows the appointments of the selected client, not the schedule of all clients in the location.


The actions you take in the appointment detail refer to the selected appointment.


Invoicing is available in the partner Zoyya web application on desktop and mobile when the user has the appropriate permissions and an active cash register.
