Viva Wallet - connecting to Zoyya

Viva Wallet is an online payment provider that connects to Zoyya with the help of Zoyya support. The user finds his data in Viva Wallet and writes the addresses for notifications, and Zoyya support writes the Viva Wallet data into the Zoyya configuration.

This article applies to the partner Zoyya web application on desktop and mobile, as well as the user's Viva Wallet account.

This article explains what information to find in Viva Wallet, how to send it to Zoyya Support, and how to set up the Webhook addresses that Zoyya Support provides.

When to use this option?

This functionality is used when:

  1. the location already uses Viva Wallet and wants to connect it to Zoyya,
  2. the location opens a Viva Wallet account for online payments,
  3. Zoyya support requires Merchant ID and API Key,
  4. the user needs to set Webhook addresses in Viva Wallet,
  5. you should check if Viva Webhook events are active.

Operation steps

1. Find Merchant ID and API Key in Viva Wallet

  1. Open your Viva Wallet account.
  2. In the left menu, open Settings.
  3. Select API Access.
  4. In the Access Credentials section, find Merchant ID.
  5. In the same section, find the API Key.
  6. Copy Merchant ID and API Key as text.
  7. Send both data to Zoyya Support.

Data is sent as text to be copied. They are not sent as a picture because there is a risk of error when rewriting.

2. Wait for Zoyya support to enter the Viva data

Zoyya Support writes Merchant ID and API Key to Zoyya configuration.

After registration, Zoyya support sends the correct Webhook addresses that are entered in the Viva Wallet. The user does not compile these addresses independently.

3. Open Webhooks in Viva Wallet

  1. Open Settings > API Access in Viva Wallet.
  2. Open the Webhooks tab.
  3. Click Create Webhook.

4. Add a Webhook to pay the transaction

  1. In the new Webhook, select the event type Transaction payment created.
  2. In the URL field, type the payment address sent by Zoyya Support.
  3. Save the Webhook.
  4. Check that the status of the Webhook is Active.

5. Add a Webhook to reverse the transaction

  1. Click Create Webhook.
  2. Select the event type Transaction reversal created.
  3. In the URL field, type the return address sent by Zoyya Support.
  4. Save the Webhook.
  5. Check that the status of the Webhook is Active.

Finally, there should be two active Webhooks in Viva Wallet:

  1. Transaction payment created,
  2. Transaction reversal created.

6. Check after connection

After Viva data is entered in Zoyya and Webhook events are active in Viva Wallet, Zoyya support verifies the connection.

When Viva Wallet is set for the location, open the prepayment screen:

  • on desktop: Settings > Branch data > Prepayments;
  • on mobile: Main menu > Business > Settings > Branch data > Prepayments.

The screen displays the following statuses:

  1. Viva Wallet Merchant ID,
  2. Viva Wallet API key,
  3. Data required for invoicing.

A green checkmark means that the data has been set. A red error means the user should contact Zoyya support.

Important: To connect Zoyya and Viva Wallet, the user sends Merchant ID and API key, Zoyya support enters the data in Zoyya, and the user then sets the Webhook addresses received from support.

When the location already uses Viva Wallet to accept cards, the account for Viva already exists. In this case, a new payment provider is not opened, but the integration of Zoyya and the Viva Wallet system is set up.

Viva Wallet verification of users and business entities is done in the Viva Wallet system according to the instructions shown by Viva.

The images in this article serve as an example of where the data and Webhook settings are located. Actual Webhook addresses are sent by Zoyya support for a specific location.

Important: Viva Wallet fees are not Zoyya fees. Current fees can be checked on the official page Viva Wallet prices.
