Organization data (desktop)

Organization is the umbrella level in Zoyya, where locations and basic business data are located. The organization is linked to the Zoyya subscription.

This article describes the data that is edited in the partner Zoyya web application on the computer on the Organization data screen. Part of the data represents the organization in Zoyya, part is used on accounts and in the cash register, and part affects the public presentation of the organization or location.

When to use this option?

You use this functionality when you need to edit organization information, contact information, or information displayed on invoices.

Operation steps

In the left menu, open Company.
Select Info.
On the Organization data screen, edit the necessary data.
To change the image or logo, click Change.
Click Save at the bottom of the form.

Important: Organization data is used on invoices and in fiscal data, so check the changes before issuing new invoices.

On this screen, the general data of the organization, contact data and data important for accounts and fiscalization are edited.

image or logo of the organization - serves for visual recognition of the organization in Zoyya. Does not change the main image of the location on the public ordering page; for the public display of the location, edit the image of the location.
Company name - the name of the organization that is displayed in Zoyya. It is displayed on invoices as the seller's name when the organization's information is used for the invoice.
ID - tax identifier of the organization. For Croatian organizations, Zoyya checks the correctness of the OIB. It is used on accounts and for fiscal data.
IBAN - transaction account of the seller. It is displayed on the invoices if it is entered.
Note at the bottom of the invoice - text printed at the bottom of the invoice. Used for notes related to tax status or other mandatory text on the invoice.
Company legal form - additional legal information about the seller.
In the VAT system - indicates whether the organization is in the VAT system. When enabled, VAT columns and tax calculation are displayed on the invoice. When it is not included, the invoice is displayed without VAT calculation. A change in VAT status affects new invoices after saving. After changing the VAT status, check the VAT rates on services, products, gift cards and service packages.
Address - official address of the organization. It is used as the seller's address on invoices. The location's public page uses the location's address.
Zip code - part of the official address of the organization. It is used on invoices as part of the seller's address. The location's public page uses the postal code of the location.
City - part of the official address of the organization. It is used on invoices as part of the seller's address. The location's public page uses the location's city.
State - used for related organization settings, OIB validation and subscription related data. The country of the location is used for the public display of the location.
Phone - telephone contact of the organization in Zoyya. The location's public page displays the location's phone number.
Mobile phone number - mobile contact of the organization in Zoyya. The location's public page displays the location's mobile number.
Web pages - web address of the organization. It is displayed on the public Zoyya profile as a web link, but does not change the Zoyya profile address.
E-mail - e-mail contact of the organization in Zoyya. The location's public page displays the location's e-mail if the display of e-mail is enabled in the location's settings.

Important: Changing the VAT status does not change already issued invoices. New products and new services receive a default VAT rate according to the current VAT status, but existing items retain their previously set rates until you edit them.
