When to use this option?
Use this option when:
- you add a new service to the offer
- introduce a new type of service
- you want to enable online ordering of a new service
- you change the offer of your location
Work steps
Basic information of the service
- Open Settings → Price list → Services.
- If necessary, select Add a type , type type name and save it. The type of service is used to organize services and, if it is enabled, it is also displayed on the public profile.
- Select Add a service.
- Type Service name.
- Select the type of service to which the service belongs.
- If necessary, select a category of service from the list provided.
Online ordering
- Turn online booking on or off. When turned on, the service is available for online booking and can be displayed on your Zoyya profile, Zoyya.com and in search results. When turned off, the service can only be used for internal scheduling.
- Select whether request confirmation will be required or will not be required. When you include that request confirmation is required, the client sends a request that you need to confirm, and after confirmation, the client receives a confirmed reservation notification.
Duration and price
- Set gross duration as the total time the appointment occupies in the calendar.
- Set net duration in minutes as the actual treatment time. Net duration must be less than or equal to gross duration; the difference leaves time for preparation, cleanup, or the transition between appointments.
Example: for a 45-minute treatment with 15 minutes for preparation or cleanup, set Gross duration to 60 min and Net duration to 45 min. The client sees 45 minutes while the calendar reserves 60 minutes. Net duration is also used when calculating schedule overlaps.
- Enter the service price.
- If desired, choose the color of the service.
- Add a service description or generate it using artificial intelligence, then edit it if necessary.
- Finally, click Save.
