How to edit or delete a service type (desktop)

In this article, you will learn how to rename a service type or delete an empty service type in the Zoyya partner web app on desktop. Service types organize services in the price list and in the public offer.

When should you use this option?


Edit a service type when you want to rename a group of services. Delete it only when it is no longer needed and contains no services.


Edit a service type


  1. Open Settings > Price list > Services.
  2. Select the service type in the left-hand list and click the pencil icon.
  3. Change the Name.
  4. Click Save.


Renaming the type does not change the services inside it. They are simply displayed under the new name.


Delete a service type


  1. Open the service type editor as described above.
  2. Click Delete and confirm.


Important: A service type cannot be deleted while it contains services. Move each service to another type or delete it by following the related article first.
