How to edit shortcuts on the Main menu (mobile)

Shortcuts give faster access to screens you use most often. Adding, removing or reordering a shortcut does not change available features or user permissions.

Work steps

On the bottom bar, tap Main menu.
Under the search field, find Pinned.
Tap Edit, or tap Add shortcut when no shortcut has been added yet.
Search for an item or expand its section, then tap + to add it.
Use the up and down arrows under Pinned to change the order.
Tap - to remove a shortcut.
Tap Save.

You can add up to ten shortcuts. Removing a shortcut removes only the shortcut; the feature remains in its regular place on the Main menu.

Important: Only items available for the current location and user account can be pinned.
