How to connect the service with employees and resources (desktop)
In this article, you will learn how to use the partner Zoyya web application on your computer to determine which employees can provide a particular service and which resources are needed to perform it. These settings determine the availability of the service when booking an appointment.

When to use this option?
Use this option when:
- you are adding a new service
- worker starts providing a new service
- want to limit who can run a particular service
- service requires the use of resources or equipment
Associating service with employees
On your computer, do the following:
- Open Settings → Price list → Services.
- Open the desired service.
- Open the Employees tab.
- Uključite opciju Required employees.
- Select all employees or mark individual employees who can provide the selected service.
- If necessary, adjust gross duration, net duration, price or discount for each employee. The same duration rule applies as for the service: gross is the total calendar time, net is the actual service time, and net cannot be longer than gross.
Associating service with resources
- Open the Resources tab.
- Turn on the Required resources option.

Yes. If no employee is connected to the service, it will not be possible to book the service.

Yes. You can set the service duration, price and discount separately for each connected employee.
