How to manage anchor prices in Zoyya
What is an anchor price?
An anchor price is the price that applied to a service on 10 September 2026. From 17 November 2026, it must be displayed alongside the current price wherever the price is publicly displayed or advertised.
The anchor price is not a promotional or crossed-out price and does not restrict future price changes. It serves as reference information displayed alongside the current price.
Example:
Haircut and blow-dry
€35.00
Anchor price on 10 September 2026: €32.00
How do anchor prices apply in Zoyya?
Zoyya will enable the recording, verification, management, and display of anchor prices alongside existing service prices.
Managing the anchor price
In the service settings, a separate field for the anchor price will be available next to the current price.
Display to customers
The anchor price will be displayed on public Zoyya pages where a specific service price is advertised.
The current price will remain the primary price shown visually, while the anchor price will be displayed as additional reference information.
Digital price list
The new rules also require the publication of a machine-readable price list in XML or CSV format for service providers to whom this obligation applies and who have a website.
For services, such a price list contains at least:
- service name
- current price
- information on whether a special form of sale applies and its name
- anchor price.
Zoyya will enable the generation of a digital price list from the data recorded in the system, so users will not need to create it manually.
Frequently asked questions
What is my anchor price?
The anchor price is the price that applied to the specific service on 10 September 2026, excluding any special form of sale such as a promotional or other discounted price.
From when must the anchor price be displayed?
The new obligation applies from 17 November 2026.
Will Zoyya automatically set anchor prices?
For existing services, where Zoyya has the appropriate data available, Zoyya will suggest an anchor price based on the recorded price for the reference date.
The user should review and confirm the value.
Does the anchor price change when I change the current price?
No.
Example:
- price on 10 September 2026: €30
- current price: €35
- current price later changed to: €40
The anchor price remains €30.
Can I change my prices after 1 October?
Yes. The anchor price does not restrict changes to the current price. The relevant anchor price continues to be displayed alongside the new current price.
What if the current price and the anchor price are the same?
Both prices are displayed. Having the same value does not mean that the anchor price should be omitted.
Is the anchor price the same as a promotional or crossed-out price?
No. The anchor price is not a discount indicator and should not be displayed as a crossed-out price.
Promotions may also be subject to other price display rules, separately from the anchor price obligation.
Where will Zoyya display the anchor price?
On public Zoyya pages where the specific price of a service is advertised.
Because of this obligation, the anchor price does not need to be added to invoices, booking confirmations, reminders, the B2B calendar, or other operational and transactional price displays.
What is a digital price list?
A digital price list is a machine-readable CSV or XML file containing the prescribed data about services, service packages, and products.
For users to whom this obligation applies, Zoyya will enable the generation of this file from the data recorded in the system.
Do I need to create the CSV myself?
You will not need to create the CSV manually if you use Zoyya's digital price list functionality. Zoyya will generate the price lists from the data recorded in the system.
Do previous price lists need to be retained?
Yes. Previously published digital price lists must remain available for at least 30 days from publication or from the date of a change.
Zoyya will technically manage the required retention of published price lists. Users do not need to maintain a separate permanent price list history.
What happens after 30 days?
If a price list is no longer current and at least 30 days have passed since its publication, it no longer needs to remain publicly available for the purpose of this obligation.
The current price list remains available regardless of how much time has passed since it was published.
What if I introduced the service after 10 September 2026?
If the service did not exist on 10 September, the anchor price date will be the date on which the service was introduced for sale.
What if my case is not described in this article?
This article covers cases for which we currently have sufficiently clear information regarding the application of anchor prices in Zoyya.
If your case differs from the examples described here or no clear rule is provided for it, it is not possible to provide a reliable automatic interpretation based only on similar cases.
In such situations, it is necessary to follow official announcements and applicable regulations and, where needed, request additional clarification from the competent authorities.
Effective date vs. reference date. Under NN 110/2026 (anchor-price display) and NN 110/2026 (publication of price lists), the start of the new obligations is 17 November 2026. The 10 September 2026 reference date for services is unchanged.
