Selecting and changing a location (desktop)

A location is a location of work within an organization. In the partner Zoyya web application on your computer, by selecting a location, you start working in that location.

After selecting a location, all the following actions refer to that location.

When to use this option?

Use this functionality when you need:

move from one location to another
open work in another location
check which locations are available to your user account
open the settings of a particular location

For organization data and data used on accounts, use the article Organization data (computer).

Operation steps

In the left menu, open Company.
Select Locations.
In the list of locations, click on the location where you want to work.
Zoyya opens work in the selected location.

Important: Changing the location changes the location where the user continues to work. It does not change the data of the organization or the data on already issued accounts.

The user sees the locations to which he has access. By selecting a location, work is opened in that location.

The user with the right to access the location settings on the location card sees the gear icon Go to location settings. This icon opens the settings of the selected location in a new browser tab. On the location card there is also an icon Open in new tab for opening the location in a new tab.
