How to change a membership plan type's anchor price (desktop)

This article explains how to edit the anchor price in a membership plan type in the Zoyya partner web app on desktop. A membership plan type can have different selling prices for different customer groups, so check the anchor price in each price row separately.


Steps


  1. Open Settings > Membership settings > Membership plan types.
  2. Select the membership plan type you want to edit.
  3. In Prices, find the row for the relevant Customer group.
  4. Enter the anchor price for that row in the Additional price field.
  5. Check the Reference date.
  6. Repeat for other customer groups if they have different prices.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Reopen the membership plan type and check each price row.


If you are adding a price row for the first time, save the membership plan type first. The Additional price field for a new row becomes available after the first save.


Remove an anchor price


  1. Find the relevant price row.
  2. Clear the Additional price field.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Reopen the membership plan type and check that the field is empty.


Important: Additional price does not replace the row's selling price or change the amount charged to the customer.


If the field is not shown, check whether Show anchor prices is enabled for the branch.
