Registering business premises for online payments

Online payments in Zoyya require business premises registered for receipts created over the internet. This applies to online prepayments and online sales of gift cards, service packages, and memberships, whether online payments are configured on desktop or mobile.


For receipts issued at the physical location, use Registering business premises for a cash register.


Register or verify the premises for online payments


  1. Before registering or changing the premises, confirm with your accountant whether you should use an existing registration, update it, or register new premises for online payments.
  2. For online receipts fiscalized through Zoyya, enter the fiscalization service provider details:
    • Funestra d.o.o.
    • Mladena Fiolića 12i, Zagreb
    • Tax ID 87939378078
  4. Register or update the premises using the official Croatian Tax Administration instructions.

  5. Note the business-premises label registered with the Tax Administration.
  6. Provide the label to Zoyya support when it is required to complete the online-payment setup.


Important: When a client pays online, Zoyya issues the receipt for that online payment. Because an online payment can be made outside the location's opening hours, use business premises intended for online payments.


Verify the settings in Zoyya


Open Prepayment acceptance using either path:


  • Desktop: Settings > Location > Prepayment acceptance
  • Mobile: Home menu > Business > Settings > Location > Prepayment acceptance


On this screen, verify that Information required for issuing receipts has a green check mark.


Then complete the related steps:
