How to set location business hours (desktop)

In this article, you will learn how to use the partner web Zoyya application on your computer to set the business hours that are displayed on your profile and on the online ordering page.

Use this functionality when you want to:

• set business days and hours
• add double working hours
• change the working hours seen by clients

Work steps

• open Settings.
• in the menu select Location and then Working hours.
• mark whether the location is open for each day of the week.
• enter the start and end time of work.
• if the location works twice, add an additional shift by pressing the + button and enter another time range.
• if a day is non-working, remove the check mark next to that day.
• if the schedule is the same for several days, after entering one day, select Yes, copy to copy the settings to other days.
• click Save.

Frequently asked questions

Are location opening hours the same as an employee or resource schedule?

No. Opening hours refer to the location as a whole and are displayed to clients on the public profile, while schedules are managed separately for each employee or resource.
An employee or resource schedule determines when a person or required resource is available for reservations and is managed under Settings > Employees and resources > Schedule.

Can I set double working hours?

Yes. You can add an additional shift for each day by pressing the + button and enter a different working time range.

Do the opening hours of the location affect online ordering?

No. Appointment availability is determined by employee and required resource schedules, not by the location's opening hours.
