# Where can I sell gift cards and service packages?

You can issue gift cards and service packages at your location or offer them for online purchase through Zoyya web pages.

## Selling at your location

You do not need to enable **Online sales** to issue or sell a gift card or service package at your location.

On a desktop, open **Programs > Gift cards and packages > Sales > New gift card**. On mobile web, open **Main menu > Sales and loyalty > Gift cards and packages > Sales** and tap **+**.

Then choose whether to use a template or create a gift card or service package without a template.

## Recommended order for sale and use

When selling a gift card or service package at your location:

1. create it or select the existing active record
2. charge it and issue the receipt
3. only after payment, link it to an appointment or record its use.

If you link a gift card or package to an appointment before charging it, Zoyya may treat it as already used and it may not appear as a separate item in the cash register. Do not create a duplicate. First remove or correct the existing appointment link, charge the existing record, and then link it to the appointment again. Contact Support if you cannot safely correct the link.

For online purchases, Zoyya completes the purchase and payment before the customer can use the gift card or service package.

## Online sales

To offer a saved template online, enable **Online sales** on that template. Customers can then find the offer on the location's public profile or open it through a direct link.

On a desktop public profile, the **Gift cards and service packages** section includes the **See all** option. On mobile, the **Gift cards** button opens the shared gift card and service package offer.

## Direct link

Every saved gift card or service package template with online sales enabled has a link to its online offer. You can send it by email or message, publish it on social media, or add it to your website or newsletter.
