# Viewing issued invoices (mobile)

The overview of issued invoices in the partner Zoyya web application on the mobile phone is used to find and check the invoices that have been issued at the cash register. From this view, open the account details, send the invoice by email, download the PDF, initiate a reversal, and mark the transaction invoice as paid when these actions are available for the selected account.

## When to use this option?

Use the **Receipt list** when you need to find an invoice, check account information, open a related appointment, send an invoice by e-mail, download a PDF, initiate a chargeback, or record a transaction invoice payment.

## Operation steps

### Account overview

1. Open the partner Zoyya web application on your mobile phone.
2. In the bottom menu, touch **Main menu**.
3. Touch **Cash register**.
4. Select **Receipt sheet**.
5. Find the account in the list.
6. Tap the account to open the details.
7. View items, client, operator, payment method, tip, JIR and ZKI.
8. If the account is linked to an appointment, tap **Edit appointment** to open the appointment.
9. If you need a PDF invoice and **Download** is displayed, tap **Download**.
10. If you need to send the invoice by email and **Email** is displayed, tap **Email** and enter the email address.
11. If the account needs to be canceled and **Refund** is displayed, tap **Refund**.

The account card displays:

* **Receipt number**
* **Creation date**
* **Amount**
* **Payment method**
* **Client**, if selected
* **Account Type**
* **Status**

Account status is **Issued** or **Cancelled**. The label **Cancelled** refers to a new account that has canceled the original account.

If the account needs to be fiscalized and there is no JIR, a warning is displayed next to the account number.

When the account is not fiscalized and is not an e-Invoice, **Fiscalize** is displayed in the account details to retry fiscalization.

### What can be seen in the account details

Tapping on an account opens the account details. The details show:

* account number
* date and time of issue
* account status
* client and e-mail address, if a client is selected
* invoice items, quantity and amount
* payment method
* operator
* tip, if recorded
* JIR and ZKI, when they exist
* account information for the company, when the account was issued to the company
* **e-Invoice** status, when the invoice is issued as an e-Invoice

If the account is linked to the appointment, **Edit appointment** is displayed in the details. Touching that button opens the appointment for which the invoice was issued.

**JIR** is a unique account identifier obtained by fiscalization.

**ZKI** is the security code of the invoice issuer.

### Actions from account details

The following actions are used in the account details in the partner Zoyya web application on mobile:

* **Refund** for opening the reversal of the original account
* **Download** to open and view the invoice PDF
* **E-mail** to send the invoice to the e-mail address
* **Mark as paid** for a transaction account that does not yet have a payment date

For the e-Invoice, the standard **Download** and **E-mail** buttons are not displayed in the account details because the e-Invoice is sent through a special process.

The **E-mail** button is displayed when the account is not an e-Account and when the account has a client with an e-mail address.

The **Refund** button is not displayed on the original account that already has the status **Cancelled** nor on the canceled account.

The **Mark as paid** button is only displayed for a transaction account that has not yet been marked as paid. If the bill has already been paid, **Paid** is displayed in the details.
