# How to log in to Zoyya

In this article, you will learn how to log in to the partner Zoyya web application on a computer or mobile phone.
To log in, you need the e-mail and password you received when opening a user account.

## When to use this option?

Use this option when:

* you are accessing Zoyya for the first time
* you log into the application again
* you are logged out of the application
* use a new computer or mobile phone

## Work steps

1. Open the page [**https://partner.zoyya.com**](https://partner.zoyya.com) or launch the installed Zoyya app.
2. Enter your **e-mail address**.
3. Enter **password**.
4. Click **Login**.

If the information is correct, your Zoyya account will be opened.

|| Important: To log in, use the e-mail address associated with your user account.

## After the first login
#### Login via Google or Facebook account

After the first login, you can link your Zoyya user account with a **Google** or **Facebook** account.

In the future, you can thus log in with one click via your Google or Facebook account, without entering a password.

To connect on a mobile phone, open:
**Main menu** → **Account and support** → **My account** → **Profile** → **More options** → **Security**
and connect the desired account.

To connect on your computer, open:
**My settings (your profile icon in the lower left corner of the screen)** → **My Account** → **Security**
and connect the desired account.

|| **Important:** After connecting, you can still log in with your e-mail address and password. Signing in with a Google or Facebook account is just an additional option that simplifies access to the application.

#### I can't log in. What should I check?
Check:
* have you entered the correct e-mail address?
* have you entered the password correctly?
* is the **Caps Lock** key turned on

#### Can I use the same account on multiple devices?
Yes, you can log in with the same user account on both a computer and a mobile phone.
