# How to issue a receipt from an appointment (mobile)

Use the partner Zoyya web application on mobile to prepare a receipt from an existing individual or group appointment. Zoyya transfers the relevant appointment data and links the issued receipt back to the appointment.

## Before you start

The appointment must be saved, the user must be allowed to issue receipts, and a cash register for today's date must be active.

## Work steps

### Individual appointment

1. On the bottom bar, tap **Calendar**.
2. Open the appointment and review the customer, services, quantities, prices, discounts and used benefits.
3. Tap **Issue receipt** at the bottom.
4. If Zoyya opens the Cash register first, open today's cash register, return to the appointment and tap **Issue receipt** again.

### Customer in a group appointment

1. Open the group appointment in **Calendar** and save any changes.
2. Under **Customers**, tap the customer whose receipt you want to issue.
3. Tap **Issue receipt** in the customer's details.
4. Repeat the process separately for each other customer.

### Review and charge

Zoyya transfers the customer, appointment services, quantities, prices and discounts. A paid prepayment is transferred as a separate negative item, reducing the remaining amount. A used gift card is also shown as a separate negative item.

1. Review all items and the total.
2. Select the **Operator** and **Payment method**.
3. Enable email or company-receipt options when needed.
4. Tap **Charge**.

|| Important: If the appointment is already marked as paid, the action can be **Issue again**. Before using it, find the earlier receipt in **Receipt list** to avoid charging the appointment twice.
