# How to contact chat support (desktop)

In this article, you will learn how to contact chat support through the Zoyya partner web application on your computer. You'll learn where to find the help option, how to send a query, and where you can later find your chat history.

## When to use this option?

Use chat support when:
* you have a question related to the use of Zoyya
* you need help setting up functionality
* you encounter a problem with the operation of the application
* you want to report a bug or suggest an improvement

## Work steps

On your computer, do the following:
1. Click on the **user account icon**.
2. Select option **Need help? **A chat window with Zoyya Support will open.
3. Type a question or problem description.
4. Send a message.
Chat support will respond in the same conversation.

|| Important: Chat is the fastest way to contact Zoyya Support. The conversation history remains saved and is automatically sent to your e-mail address, so you can return to it later.

Describe the question or problem in as much detail as possible (e.g. which appointment, client or employee do you need help with). If necessary, you can also send a photo or screenshot.
