# How to change a service package's anchor price (mobile)

This article explains how to enter, change, or remove a service package's anchor price in the Zoyya partner web app on mobile. The anchor price refers to the **reference date** and does not change the current selling price.

## Steps

1. Open **Sales and loyalty**. Expand **Gift cards and packages**, then tap **Templates**.
2. Find the service package template and open it for editing. Make sure you are editing a service package, not a gift card.
3. Find the **Anchor price** field.
4. Enter or change the amount.
5. Check the **Reference date**. It should match the date to which the entered anchor price applies.

This procedure applies to a service package template. A monetary gift card does not have an anchor price.
6. Tap **Save**.
7. Reopen the service package template to check the saved amount and date.

## Remove an anchor price

1. Clear the **Anchor price** field.
2. Tap **Save**.
3. Reopen the record and check that the field is empty.

An empty or zero value is not published as an anchor price.

|| Important: Changing the anchor price does not change the price charged to the customer. Change the selling price in its separate price field.

| If the field is not shown, check whether **Show anchor prices** is enabled for the branch.

### What if an error appears while loading or saving?

Do not assume the change was saved. Reopen the record and check the value. If the error keeps appearing, contact Zoyya Support.
