# How to change a product's anchor price (desktop)

This article explains how to enter, change, or remove a product's anchor price in the Zoyya partner web app on desktop. The anchor price refers to the **reference date** and does not change the current selling price.

## Steps

1. Open **Settings > Price list > Products**.
2. Open the product type, find the product, and open it for editing.
3. Find the **Product anchor price** field.
4. Enter or change the amount.
5. Check the **Reference date**. It should match the date to which the entered anchor price applies.
6. Click **Save**.
7. Reopen the product to check the saved amount and date.

## Remove an anchor price

1. Clear the **Product anchor price** field.
2. Click **Save**.
3. Reopen the record and check that the field is empty.

An empty or zero value is not published as an anchor price.

|| Important: Changing the anchor price does not change the price charged to the customer. Change the selling price in its separate price field.

| If the field is not shown, check whether **Show anchor prices** is enabled for the branch.

## Frequently asked questions

### What if an error appears while loading or saving?

Do not assume the change was saved. Reopen the record and check the value. If the error keeps appearing, contact Zoyya Support.
